Welcome reception
On Thursday afternoon, after the last session, a welcome reception will be held in the conference center, at the same room as coffee breaks and lunches ("Exhibition room", level +2).
Excursion
On Sunday an excursion to the Tatra Mountains will be organized. Buses depart from the conference center at 900 (sharp). A choice between two routes: Easy Hike and Strenuous Trek is left to the participants in their registration records (please study route profiles carefully before making decisions). Trekking starts at 1100. Easy Hike is estimated for 4 hours plus one hour break in a mountain hostel. Strenuous Trek is planned for 5 hours without longer breaks. At 1600 dinner is planned in the Tatrzański Bór inn. We should be back in Kraków at about 21-22 o'clock.

Conference dinner
On Monday all participants are invited to the conference dinner, which will be held in the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology at Marii Konopnickiej Street 26. Walk from the Auditorium Maximum takes about 20 minutes. You can also take bus (144, 164, 169, 173, 179, 194 or 229) from the "AGH" bus stop to the "Konopnickiej" stop, then go across the street (by underground tunnel) and walk few minutes to the Manggha Center.

It is possible to book individual one-day excursions to the salt mine Wieliczka or the World War II concentration camp of Auschwitz. The conference office will be ready to help you with the arrangements.
